The Men’s Cestoball National Team completed its first training window of the 2025 season with a four-day training camp in Roque Sáenz Peña, Chaco.
The squad stayed at Club Acción in that city and, in addition to physical and tactical training, traveled to the city of Quitilipi to play two friendly matches against the Chaco Verde (76-42) and Chaco Blanco (98-48) teams, both made up of players from the local league.

On their return to Sáenz Peña, the Argentina Azul vs. Argentina Blanco match was played (the white team won 123-102).

Among other activities, the national team held a clinic for physical education teachers at Colegio Misericordia and visited the Sáenz Peña Community Integration Center to play and share a snack with the girls and boys who attend the center.

A new training and activities window is expected to be held in the second half of the year for the men’s national team, while the women’s national team will have its first match on March 29, 30, and 31 at Cenard.

The Cestoball World Cup will be held in 2026, and the host country is expected to be chosen between France and an Asian country, in an imminent announcement by the International Association.
